American’s are held hostage by lobbyists who promote their own self interests, and the rest be damned! Our system broke down a long time ago when lobbyists became bullet-proof. Now, some lawmakers claim, they are a necessary evil.
I’ll agree with the evil part. What amuses me, is pro-lobbyist lawmakers seldom talk about their unholy alliances with the influence-peddling people who pull their strings.

Why should they? Their getting all kinds of nice things. I think the people should rise in a revolution aimed at overthrowing our REAL MASTERS…those Hired Guns!
