Zen meditation fends off pain

“People can reduce their sensitivity to pain by thickening their brain, according to a new study published in a special issue of the American Psychological Association journal, Emotion.”

  1. I hope this works cause I am tired of pain meds that either don't work or get you hooked. So far there has only been one that works everytime, but it isn't legal back here and don't expect to ever be.
