Rick Perry is supposed to announce that he’s running for president today.
Because of the Supreme Court’s decision in Citizens United vs. Federal Election Commission unlimited corporate money can be spent on behalf (or against) any candidate. The Colbert Super PAC is meant to shed some very funny light on the ridiculousness of this situation.
