On the first anniversary of Osama bin Laden's death, Mitt Romney isn't impressed.
He says any thinking American would have given the order to kill bin Laden, "even Jimmy Carter."
That hasn't stopped President Obama from trying to trumpet the only thing he's done in office that no one disagrees with: ordering the secret Navy SEAL raid that killed bin Laden.
