Despite the Republican Party’s disorganized attempts to spin the personal responsibility penalty for those who can afford but do not purchase health insurance into a big scary tax (even though their candidate had been calling it a penalty, not a tax, for years) the truth is ObamaCare is actually a big middle class tax cut:
