Joe Biden outdid himself again on the campaign trail.
If Romney wins, Biden told his audience, he'll "put y'all back in chains." In classic style, the Vice President once more embarrassed himself, his party, and his boss.
Even Harry Reid, who has been competing hard for the spot of most obnoxious Democrat, pales next to Biden.
No wonder some Dems are desperate enough to fantasize about putting Hillary on the ticket with Obama...and putting Joe anywhere out of sight.
